you are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. a grace period of 15 minutes will be granted, however, if you are more than 15 minutes late, without a valid reason, you will lose your deposit.

you have the option of rescheduling your appointment up to 48 hours before the initial date of your appointment. any requests to reschedule an appointment with a delay of less than 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit. if you reschedule your appointment a second time, you will lose your deposit and a 30 euro fee will be charged.

in the case of cancellation, you are responsible for notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be billed for the entire service.

if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, the full cost of the service will be billed to you.

appointment grillz: no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance) will incur a charge of 30% of the total cost of your grillz.

deposits are non-refundable for any reason.

if you are unable to attend the appointment without notifying us 24h in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the service booked.

the cost of the service received must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. if this is not the case, we will send you the invoice and, in the event of a second reminder, you will be charged 20% of the initial fee. If the invoices are not paid we will be obliged to call in the Central Office for Judicial Collection.

only people aged 18 or over can benefit from our services. if you are under 18, parental authorisation will be required.

our gems do not tarnish or lose their sparkle. we use only genuine swarovski crystals.

grillz are designed to click on and off your teeth. you should not eat or sleep while wearing them. drinking or smoking may cause discoloration or tarnishing over time.

we offer a one year warranty on all grillz, including a free polishing service.

sometimes extra grip is needed to keep the grill in place. this depends on the curve of the tooth: the flatter the tooth, the less grip there is. in this case, we provide free fixodent, a tasteless dental adhesive paste. also available at the pharmacy.
